Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MP Food Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
