Job Title: Mill Maintenance Person

At Doman Building Materials Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mill Maintenance Person to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of industrial equipment at our mill in Prince Albert, SK. This is a full-time position that requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Red Seal endorsement in Millwright or equivalent experience.
  • Diagnostic computer skills and ability to interpret technical manuals.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel to work site.
