Animal Care Specialist - No Prior Experience Required

As an Animal Care Specialist within our Toxicology division, you will be entrusted with the care and welfare of our laboratory animals.

Your efforts will contribute to the health of our animals and the reliability of our preclinical research.

If you have always aspired to work with animals in a company dedicated to drug research aimed at saving lives, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a full-time Animal Care Specialist.

No previous experience is necessary, as our outstanding training team will provide you with comprehensive instruction.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining cleanliness in animal housing areas;
- Sanitizing animal enclosures;
- Safely handling animals.
A passion for animals is essential.
A High School Diploma (DES) is required; an AEP in Animal Care is a plus.

Please be aware that upon hiring, you will be required to undergo an annual tuberculosis screening at the company's expense.


Compensation: $50 per hour with additional incentives:

Weekend: $2 premium.

Overtime: Time and a half;

Holidays: Double time;

Full-time regular schedules primarily during the day, with weekend rotations and holiday shifts, including overtime during evenings and nights as necessary;
