Budge is on the lookout for a talented and imaginative individual to take on the role of 3D Animation Specialist. In this position, you will have the chance to collaborate with some of the most recognized children's brands in the industry. As a 3D Animation Specialist, your primary duties will include crafting a variety of 3D components for our mobile gaming projects, such as environments, objects, 3D models, and animations. You will engage in the complete workflow from initial ideas to final production and will work closely with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating immersive 3D environments and assets
  • Exhibiting proficiency in character animation and rigging
  • Developing models for interactive gameplay elements
  • Producing textures and applying them to 3D objects
  • Generating 2D concept art and design for objects
  • Designing user interface elements in both 2D and 3D
  • Enhancing existing models and assets for better performance
  • Contributing to project development discussions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in art or 3D design
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile game design
  • Advanced knowledge of Maya and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in drawing and illustration
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Must possess creativity, resourcefulness, organization, and discipline
  • Flexibility and adaptability are crucial
