Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in room assignments and reservations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service to guests.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize multi-line switchboard and other technology to efficiently manage front desk operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
