Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
