Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Continental Design & Building Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management
    • Coordinate and schedule site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Site Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers and tradespeople
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs for site staff
    • Identify and address skill gaps to ensure site staff are equipped to perform their duties
  • Recruitment and Staffing
    • Recruit and hire site staff as needed
    • Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Materials and Equipment
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials and equipment
    • Ensure that all site equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction site supervisory role
