Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Liaison to join our team at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our social services programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to clients in a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social services programs, including program planning, evaluation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the interests of our organization
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or human services
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a related field, preferably in a social services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
