About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality social services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the social functioning of individuals and develop intervention plans to support their optimal development.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and their families to help them navigate complex social situations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and implement programs and services to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to individuals and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Membership in the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
