Job Summary

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Initiatives Manager to play a critical role in the development and execution of the organization's biggest infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-disciplinary meetings to drive forward the execution of key strategic projects and programs.
  • Report on the status and progress of all key strategic projects, including budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, presentations, and executive communication in support of major strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as a key liaison between departments and functions to maintain a bird's eye view of all major projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5-7 years of strategy consulting and/or business development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management and/or strategic consulting experience.
  • Strong influencing skills, problem-solving skills, and research and analysis skills.
