About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at K&M Franchising Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Work Setting: This role will be based in a restaurant environment.
