About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. as a key member of our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, focusing on talent acquisition, employee experience, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, employee retention, and overall well-being.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Performance Management and Development: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee performance is aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential HR-related risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to meetings and events.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities.
