Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Participate in recreational programs and activities.
- Document care delivery and report changes in resident health status to the unit nurse.
- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or completed two years of accepted registered nursing education program.
- One year of previous experience as a Health Care Aide preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend fluent English.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
