Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Participate in recreational programs and activities
- Document resident care and progress
- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- One year of experience as a Health Care Aide or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical and mental ability to perform job duties
