Position Overview:
Senior Financial Analyst, Finance and FP&A

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (3 days in office) - North York, Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Examine revenue patterns and develop business case models.
  • Serve as a financial business partner to clinics nationwide.
  • Involve in forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Promote ongoing enhancements in FP&A processes.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and detailed analyses as required.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of CPA, CA, or a comparable professional designation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage/Accpac, Vena, and Power BI is advantageous.
