About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at M&B Cleaning Services. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high standard
    • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets in a timely and efficient manner
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed
  • Specialized Cleaning Tasks
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
    • Clean and disinfect elevators
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard
  • Work Environment and Hours
    • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts
    • Work in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
