Your Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and receipts into our accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics GP).
  • Enter data from various sources into different systems.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Great Plains is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Grade 12 Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in a computerized office environment is an asset.
  • Basic accounting knowledge required.
