Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food preparation staff and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and train food preparation staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
