In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Change Portfolio Initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives of Aviva plc.
- Establish governance frameworks for planning activities
- Collaborate closely with the Change Delivery Lead to formulate processes and establish regular activities
- Ensure all modifications and enhancements are reflected in the TMO Governance Model
- Conduct regular reviews to assess the viability of plans
- Monitor dependencies, risks, and challenges to guarantee successful implementation
- Maintain all planning documentation and support analysis and reporting needs
- Facilitate integrated planning sessions with key stakeholders every quarter
