Nighttime Custodial Specialist - Burnaby, BCWe are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Nighttime Custodial Specialist to join our team in Burnaby, BC.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of office spaces, break rooms, restrooms, and exterior areas, including garbage and recycling disposal.
- Perform daily tasks such as emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning walls and surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch points throughout the day.
- Conduct weekly duties like dusting vents, baseboards, door tracks, and blinds to ensure a thorough and consistent clean environment.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and/or Site Manager to complete assigned tasks and address any concerns.
- Previous experience in a custodial or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.75
