We are in search of a Lead Mechanical Cost Analyst to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive cost assessments for commercial, institutional, and residential ventures.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Assist in promoting the company and its offerings
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, projects, and clientele
- Generate precise cost evaluations for various projects
- Organize pre-bid site visits
- Offer training and support to team members
- Inspire and lead project personnel through example
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Cost Analyst
- Practical experience with Mechanical construction initiatives
- Prior experience in a senior estimating role
- Proficiency in estimating across a diverse range of project delivery methods
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
- Mechanical trade certification
- Technical and engineering expertise in mechanical construction
- Familiarity with AUTO CAD software
- Understanding of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing codes and regulations
