Distribution Center Coordinator

Job Title: Distribution Center Assistant
Overview:
Tenaquip is a leading Canadian company in the industrial marketplace, transforming procurement processes to achieve efficiencies, savings, and better control over total spend. As a Distribution Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our three distribution centers in Montreal, Vancouver, and Edmonton.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative tasks for all three distribution centers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain and oversee scheduling for distribution center operations.
- Audit vacation schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist supervisors with preparing productivity reports.
- Compile and analyze data to create and distribute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Generate and manage absence reports and related data.
Qualifications:
- High School Education (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using various software applications
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Employment Level: Full-time
