We are a leading organization in the event planning industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Conference and Meeting Services
Develop and implement strategies to promote our conference and meeting services to potential clients, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
Site Selection and InspectionConduct thorough site inspections to identify and select the most suitable venues for our events, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and service.
Media and Public RelationsDesign and implement media strategies to promote our events and services, leveraging various channels to reach our target audience.
Staff Management and SupervisionRecruit, hire, and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers to support the planning and execution of our events.
Budgeting and Financial ManagementPrepare, present, and manage budgets for our events, ensuring that we stay within our financial constraints while delivering exceptional experiences.
Contract ManagementDetermine requirements for hospitality services, signage, multi-media equipment, printing, and other technical services, and arrange for and manage contracts for these services.
Trade Show and Exhibit PlanningPlan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits, ensuring that they are well-organized and effectively promote our brand and services.
Social Events and Guest ProgramsPlan for social events and guest programs, creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.
Computer and Technology Skills- Microsoft Excel
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, create reports, and make informed decisions.
Microsoft WordSkilled in using Microsoft Word to create and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Attention to Detail
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on multiple tasks and ensure that all aspects of our events are executed flawlessly.
