Bakery Specialist

At Tartan Hospitality Inc, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry production, with a focus on creating high-quality desserts for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for baking mixed dough and batters, frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods, and ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards. Additionally, the Bakery Specialist will be responsible for operating machinery and drawing up production schedules. The work environment is fast-paced, and the successful candidate will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The Bakery Specialist will work a permanent schedule of 32 hours per week, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
