Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and/or specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality standards
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Determine weldability of materials and ensure that they meet specifications
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment

As a Welding Specialist at Big Binz 4U Ltd, you will work in a variety of locations, including industrial settings. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
