Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Team Member at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized point of sale area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
