Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered and Provisional Psychologists or Clinical Social Workers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Registration as a Provisional or Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists or as a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers.
- Two or more years of direct experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, formulation, and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
- Training and experience in evidence-based treatments, such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and instruments, including psychological tests and rating scales.
- Experience with electronic health records and other software systems.
