We are seeking a skilled Insurance Professional to join our team at Bay City Insurance Services Ltd. As an Insurance Professional, you will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets to identify opportunities for insurance coverage
- Calculate premiums and establish method of payment to ensure seamless transactions
- Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed to meet regulatory standards
- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and needs
- Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features to clients
- Provincial or territorial licence to practice as an insurance professional
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Team player with a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service
