- Client Coverage: Establish client insurance coverage by ensuring that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Product Information: Provide clients with information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
- Licence: Provincial or territorial licence is required.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, and a team player.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan is provided.
- Work Arrangements: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
