Position Overview:
DT Home Reno is looking for a reliable and skilled Professional Window Maintenance Specialist to support our operations during the summer months.
In this role, you will be tasked with the cleaning and upkeep of windows across various residential and commercial establishments in the Innisfil, ON region.
This position offers full-time hours with competitive hourly pay and potential for advancement within the organization.Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role with a compensation range of $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
Payments will be made on a biweekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning and maintenance at different residential and commercial sites utilizing professional-grade cleaning tools and methods.
- Eliminate debris, dirt, and stains from windows using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment such as squeegees, scrapers, and pressure washers.
- Ensure all windows are left spotless and free of streaks.
- Identify and report any damages or necessary repairs to the windows.
- Engage professionally with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any supply needs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Physical capability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel to various job locations.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
