  • Offer insights about local attractions and points of interest.
  • Process guest check-outs, calculate charges, and handle payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Ensure adherence to emergency and safety protocols.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Assist guests with special requirements or needs.
  • Conduct light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
