The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, patrons, and visitors, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proactive Security Measures: Conduct regular patrols throughout the property, identifying potential security risks and addressing any policy violations promptly.
  • Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to security alarms and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel and assets.
  • Crisis Management: De-escalate tense situations, provide support to individuals in need, and coordinate with emergency services as required.
  • Crowd Control & Access Management: Maintain order within designated areas, enforce access restrictions, and evict trespassers according to established protocols.
  • Detailed Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports documenting incidents, emergencies, security observations, and daily activities.
  • First Aid & Medical Response: Provide basic first aid and medical assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on site.
  • Communication & Technology: Utilize two-way radios and computer systems to effectively communicate site activities and relay important information.
  • Lost & Found Management: Handle lost and found items responsibly, assisting individuals in locating their belongings.
