Transportation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Oqianous Distribution Company LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Maintenance and Servicing: Perform scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and collaborate with supervisors to determine the best course of action.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining work performed and future repair requirements to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including completing reports to record problems and work performed.
- Education and Certification: Possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and relevant trade certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair techniques.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
