About the Role

Myskysys is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our managed services team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Advisory
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, providing guidance and support on cloud infrastructure-related matters.
Incident Management
  • Work closely with our problem management team to resolve technical issues and provide corrective actions.
Technical Innovation
  • Drive technical innovation and collaborate with our customer success managers to deliver advisory services.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Provide weekly technical data for service delivery reports.
On-Call Support
  • Be available for on-call support to address critical client issues.
Problem Management
  • Assist the problem management process for all assigned clients.
Continual Service Improvement
  • Identify and contribute to technical Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.
Change Management
  • Support operations for change management and validation post-implementation.
Risk and Issue Management
  • Provide inputs to our customer success managers on risk and issue management for the client environment.

Requirements

  1. Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including cloud computing, storage, and networking.
WorkspaceONE Expertise
  • Technical expertise in supporting users in WorkspaceONE.
Technical Skills
  • Manage new device enrollment, configuration, and deployment.
  • New application setup and deployment.
  • Application upgrades.
  • WiFi profile creation and deployment.
  • Deploy OS upgrades.
  • Deploy security patch upgrades.
  • Compliancy policy requests.
  • Console/admin experience.
  • Manage intakes.
  • Create, manage, and activate relay servers.
