About the Role

Robinhood is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale cloud systems, ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement large-scale cloud systems, making informed decisions about risk and long-term maintainability.
  • Proactively identify and drive optimizations and improvements to the infrastructure and systems.
  • Lead organization-wide collaboration for the team.
  • Contribute to open source projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of building large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure.
  • Experience with AWS or relevant cloud technologies.
  • Bonus Points: Open source contributions within Kubernetes.

The Cloud Infrastructure team plays a vital role in the success of Robinhood, as every application and platform within the company interfaces with our team. Our team is dedicated to establishing Robinhood for long-term security, reliability, productivity, and scalability by redefining and managing our technology stack.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $119,000 — $140,000 CAD.
  • Eligibility to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.
