About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at LotusFlare, Inc. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation and Orchestration: Build and maintain automation tools to streamline our infrastructure deployment and management processes.
  • Infrastructure Efficiency: Drive efficiency and scalability in our infrastructure by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Cloud-Native Technologies: Design and implement cloud-native solutions using public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and container orchestration platforms based on Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Tool Development: Develop tools to increase automation in our infrastructure and improve overall efficiency.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices in building, profiling, and monitoring high-performance, high-availability solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
  • Cloud-Native Technologies: Experience with a broad range of cloud-native technologies and stacks, including AWS, Azure, and container orchestration platforms.
  • Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting and automation skills, with experience in languages like Python, Go, and similar.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD stacks, including artifact and container repositories, container runtimes, and developer tools.
  • Linux Kernel: Experience with Linux kernel and good networking and network security knowledge.
  • Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native infrastructure stacks, including tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Metrics and Logging: Experience with metrics and logging solutions, including Prometheus, Kafka, or ELK stack.
  • NoSQL Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases, including Redis or Cassandra.
  • Cloud Security: Ability to maintain cloud-based solutions with an emphasis on cloud security.
