Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  • Fluency in English.
  • A clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Capability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
  • A desire to continually learn and grow.
  • IICRC certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and asbestos/lead abatement services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Keep a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle while ensuring all company equipment is maintained.
  • Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Support fellow team members and take on leadership roles when opportunities arise.
