We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property restoration after a disaster. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
- Quality control of all aspects of the job.
- Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment.
- Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed.
- Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
- Experience with Xactimate.
- Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Open to working after hours and on weekends.
- Problem-solving and priority management skills.
- Computer skills, working in an MS Office environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
- Clean criminal record.
