Senior Data Analyst, Investigations Specialist

About the RoleCIRO is the national, self-regulatory organization responsible for oversight of Canada's investment dealers, as well as trading activities on various platforms. As a Senior Data Analyst, Investigations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Enforcement Division in its mission to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns related to investment dealer activities.
- Develop and maintain databases and data visualizations to support investigations and enforcement activities.
- Collaborate with investigators and other stakeholders to identify areas of non-compliance and develop recommendations for corrective action.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure that CIRO's enforcement activities are effective and efficient.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with investigators and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry developments, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and updates.
