Parts Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working with a variety of automotive brands? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to guests and wholesale customers
- Order and arrange parts, ensuring timely delivery and accurate processing
- Maintain minimum levels of parts and supplies, initiating purchase requests as needed
- Assist customers with part substitutions and modifications, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Ensure systemized storage facilities are secure and well-organized
- Maintain comprehensive records of parts, tools, and issuing accounts for quality control and warranty purposes
- Take periodic inventory and establish minimum supply levels based on operational needs
- Issue parts on requisitions submitted by technicians
- Contribute to improving CSI and customer satisfaction in line with OpenRoad's philosophy
- At least 1 year of experience in an auto parts advisory role
- Excellent customer service skills and working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts, and accessories
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system
- Valid Ontario driver's license
