Insurance Team Lead Opportunity
We're seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and guiding their team members to success. As an Insurance Team Lead at Westland Insurance, you'll leverage your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, and general insurance knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of insurance advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to develop and implement effective office procedures, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and team members.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Level 2 license, with a preference for a CAIB designation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
