Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities and effective communication.
- Computer Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Quality and Production Levels: Monitor and maintain high quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Experience: Possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
