Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Themis Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and security.
- Emergency Situations: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Quality and Production: Monitor quality and production levels, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure effective operations.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Experience: Have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
