Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at EllisDon. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute full life-cycle recruitment strategies for all vacancies, including generating job postings and providing a focused and effective sourcing strategy.
  • Sources candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative identification of sources, including job ads, career fairs, educational institutions, associations, networking, and social media.
  • Establish and maintain internal and external relationships by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with hiring managers, People & Culture Manager, and candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and provide consultation and coaching to hiring managers on candidate interviews.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting experience within the industry or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Excellent candidate search skills, with the ability to source active and passive candidates.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
