Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
  • Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes and jacks, to position machinery and parts during installation and repair.
  • Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
Requirements
  • Completion of an Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technician course or equivalent from a recognized college program.
  • Certificate of Qualification in a recognized trade.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with production team members and other stakeholders.
