About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at AlgaeCal. As a Bone Health Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate their bone health journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and bone health
  • Provide active listening and support to customers through various mediums, including email and phone
  • Process orders and returns, and update customer records
  • Help customers understand their DEXA bone scan results
  • Support customers in achieving maximum success with our products
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong customer service background and passion for natural health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
