- Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow.

- Develop and implement strategies for effective scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure the functionality of all operational equipment and machinery.
- Organize maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime.
- Address operational challenges, offering technical guidance and solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide training and support to team members regarding their roles and company policies.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
- Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational logistics to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education (College/CEGEP).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Full-time position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
