About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at Colibri Tattoo and Piercing Incorporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Operations
    • Direct and control daily studio operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
