About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Honest Table Restaurant Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Kitchen Management

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Supervision

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week.
