About the Role

Pomp & Circumstance PR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Assistant/Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in reviewing invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Process accounts payable and reconcile budgets with the team.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Communicate and implement office policies, coordinate gifts for colleagues and clients, and provide general support to office visitors.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and maintain the office conditions.
Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in business administration or a similar background.
  • 12 years of related experience in financial assistance, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various requests from different employees at the same time.
  • Understanding of basic math, accounting, and budgeting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software and accounting systems.
